History

Lubbock Land Company is one of the region’s premier land development companies and has been for more than three decades. With extensive experience in real estate, contracting, and selling, Lubbock Land Company quickly built a reputation for excellence in residential development.

One of the early visionaries for South Lubbock, Lubbock Land Company focused its attention in the 1990’s on building neighborhoods that would forever transform the landscape of the Hub City.

In 2004, Charlie Hamilton was brought in to preside over the operations of Lubbock Land Company. Charlie now owns the company and continues the vision to grow communities in the ever popular South Lubbock to this day.

Building on the company’s successful history and growth trajectory, Andy Bean was named the company president in 2018.

While numerous developers have come and gone over the last thirty years, Lubbock Land Company has proven itself capable of weathering adversity, enduring market highs and lows. Lubbock Land Company builds quality neighborhoods that residents value such as Hatton Place and The Trails at Regal Park, featuring West Texas’ most coveted parks.
