Charlie Hamilton is a lifelong West Texan, entrepreneur, and real estate developer who owns Lubbock Land Company and Caprock Development Partners and manages several operating companies. An entrepreneur since age 12, his first venture, a fireworks stand, helped pay his way through Texas Tech University. After earning his business degree, he built and later sold a successful chain of college bookstores to a national retailer.

Charlie founded Caprock Partners, a private investment firm focused on high-barrier, low-tech, cash-flowing assets, which has participated in more than $4B in transactions nationwide. He also serves as Chief Site Development Officer for Fermi America, overseeing Project Matador in Amarillo, Texas. Charlie additionally serves on the board of Recharge Water and is a member of YPO, CEO, Stand Together Ventures, and the 100x Forum.

His passion for youth entrepreneurship led him to found Lubbock Lemonade Day, and he now serves on the National Board of Lemonade Day, a program that has empowered more than 1.5 million young entrepreneurs across the U.S. and abroad.

He and his wife, Kate, are the proud parents of two boys, Conrad and Carson.

Connie is originally from Orlando, Florida. She moved to Lubbock in 1985 where she met and married William LaDuc in 1987. Together they have one son, Philip.

Connie has over 28 years of experience in Business Management and Accounting. As the Director of Financial Management for one of the largest property management companies in West Texas, she was able to help turn a four-person office into a thriving culture of 38 employees within just five years. Growing people and developing their individual talent is Connie’s passion.

As the Business Manager for Lubbock Land Company, Connie supervises and leads the company’s operations and employees. She ensures productivity and efficiency including implementing strategies, evaluating portfolio performances, and developing a strong team utilizing our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Connie has dedicated her professional career to ensuring safe and healthy communities where people and families can build legacies and thrive. She loves animals and teams up with her family, friends, and community to secure forever homes for our four-legged friends.
